Meeting topic: Continuous Integration Using Rational Team Concert Rational Team Concert integrates source control and build and allows developers to execute automated tests as part of the build. This presentation describes how to use RTC's capabilities such as streams, workspaces, snapshots, continuous builds and personal builds to implement continuous integration. Pete Steinfeld has worked for IBM since 2003 when IBM acquired Rational Software. He's worked with build and install technology since 2001. He currently manages a team which maintains over 150 daily builds for 20 different Rational product teams. Pete's team has worked with Rational Team Concert since its inception and has helped several development teams migrate their builds and development to it. |
